1997 Ford F150

In 1997 the Ford F150 offers a new body, chassis and engine lineup. And, with the growing demand for more comfortable interior features, the 1997 models also offer an industry-first standard third door on all Super Cab models. The 1997 F150 is restyled giving it a more rounded and more aggressive look. Like all pickups, the '97 Ford F150 comes in a variety of shapes and sizes.

The standard engine for this pickup is a 4.2-liter V6 that produces a power of 205hp at 4400 rpm In response to the demand for a more comfortable interior, the 1997 F150 is now more car-like than before. The interior offers some features that are not standard in other pickup trucks, like organic shapes and other nice touches that add to the functionality of the truck. Ford expects its buyers will appreciate the new interior of the '97 F150.

In terms of performance, the '97 Ford F150 offers a smooth and motion free ride. Also, the truck offers a solid and durable feel on the road. The new, more aerodynamic styling proved to be successful in reducing wind noise. And, with its powerful engine, the '97 F150 achieves excellent performance making it the top selling pickup truck once again
